National Cancer Society

National Cancer Society was established as a public charitable trust which aimed to:

  1. To disseminate wealth of latest research knowledge in the field of oncology through regular CME’s and conferences

  2. To facilitate educational activities by granting scholarships, grants and awards.

  3. To mobilise set up of Oncology centres and research facilities.

  4. To educate and create awareness amongst people as to the cancer disease, its cure/treatment and prevention by means of health education and activities.

  5. To help cancer patients and their families in their treatment by way of free professional services, medicines, financial support and social rehabilitation.
